Integrity
Gate One Builders is located in historic, downtown Annapolis, close to the main gate of the U.S. Naval Academy, for which the company is named. As Naval Academy alumni, Gate One’s founding principles apply the same Honor Concept required at the Academy to the business, namely “Midshipmen are persons of integrity: They stand for that which is right.”

Gate One Builders provides a wide range of services including custom homes, renovations, historic restorations and additions to existing homes. Our award winning work that has been recognized by our clients, the community, as well as the Historic Annapolis Foundation.
